About Us

Phyllis began her insurance career 36 years ago as a life insurance underwriter.  Since that time, she has held a number of positions in both corporate operations with major insurance companies and in sales offices.  She enjoys assisting individuals and business owners in evaluating and addressing their health insurance and employee benefit needs.

Phyllis received her BS in Public Health from the University of North Carolina with a major in Biostatistics.  She lives in Blythewood with her husband, Allen, and has a grown son who lives in Washington, DC.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, travel and spending time in the mountains of North Carolina with her family.

Mary Lynn started her career in the life and health insurance industry in 1998 immediately after graduating from college and has been in the employer benefits industry since 2002.  She enjoys working with business owners to establish and manage a strong employee benefits package for their employees.  In addition, she enjoys working with individuals who do not have employer sponsored benefits, and well as those who are retiring and need help navigating the over 65 options with Medicare.

Mary Lynn graduated from the University of South Carolina from The Darla Moore School of Business with her BS in Business Administration which included double majors in Finance and Insurance and Risk Management.  She is married to Robert and together they are raising their two sons in Lexington, SC.   She is actively involved with her church and is also currently serving as President of the Board of Governors of the Columbia Stage Society, better known as Town Theatre.  Mary Lynn is an avid Gamecocks fan and enjoys tap dancing with other “seasoned” tappers in a group called The Columbia Tappers, through the SC Music & Dance Academy.
